Better Late than Never
Inspire self & motivate others too

Change is something which is bound to happen in any principle of life and work. To make sure the change is in tune with the need and better care of the current situation & time, the onus lies in the hand of the people in picture. Every place, every nation, every functionary, every one are bound to get changed as the time goes on changing. Good or bad is with respect to the time and condition at that point of the time & discussion.

Manipur likewise every other part of this world is undergoing a major change in every field of life and situations. The history of Manipur tells many great stories and legends in the past. The chapters in the history tell the social, economic, political change prevailed in the past in each era both ups and downs.

A 'Social Change & Culture' is the impact of the combined relation of the individual relations in the society. To keep in pace & to maintain the respect of the legendry and fame of the past history, the onus lies in the hand of the youngsters coming up. The past is to go, the present is to maintain, and the future is to change.

As the society proceeds from now to next, issues & problems are bound to come and go. Everyone in the society needs to get aware of what roles they are going to play. What lies after death, none is sure about that. People need to get aware how far we can make this wonderful world a place to share smile and joy.

Everyone in today's government functionaries, ministries, judiciary, hospitals, schools, colleges, universities, business functionaries, and many others... all are to go one day and they are going to be replaced by young & fresh youngsters from the present & future. It is a known general principle. So, the onus lies on the individual where one is expecting to be ... whether be an audience or be among the intellectuals ... i.e. whether take up the responsibility by self or be commentators.

Dear youngsters, it is time to think and act; for the life is only once and over. Yesterday is gone, today is for us, and tomorrow is not sure to whom it belongs. What we do and act today is what we are going to get the result of. While dreaming for a career and personal future, each and every issues in the society does impact on the individual's thinking.

If the individual think everything in one shot and under a single perspective, the individual is sure get into trouble crowded by just issues. Every idea is to be discussed under a separate area of coverage & content. All those separate ideas are to be discussed as summary under a different principle. The baseline is separation of issues and tackling one by one, thereby completing resolving the issues in mind.

We all need to update your knowledge and current affairs in tune with the latest happenings in this world. The issues in Manipur and other places as well, are occurring due to the failure in proper current inflow of knowledge about the scientifically advanced mindset and life-styles. We can feel the possibility of having a generation gap in the current society in Manipur because of the failure in update of life-style and failure of the education system.

But things are to go on changing. Someone else has to take charge when the current older officers and other functionaries get retired, when their time is over. So, each & every one is required to think with a deep attention, which role one wishes to play at that moment in future.

Things do start from self and goes out to the society. We ourselves have to keep on learning, keep on earning, keep on thinking, keep on working, and many more... to realise the dream what we wish in our lifetime. Any idea is hardly feasible to implement in a short span of thinking and analysis. We can feel the real danger in Manipur and elsewhere too, "Are we going forward or going backward?"

Social issues come only to our mind, when individual issues are able to sort out, somehow. At times, we do need to compromise for the best of both neighbours and self. Some of us may be trying out for achievement in some fields of life in some parts of the world and even inside Manipur too. But, how far we can share our knowledge and implement our skills for the best of the new younger generations ... it depends on how far we are true to our thinking and planning, when the time is there at present. Or, it will be too late if we wait for our success in our careers. By the time, many youngsters will be somewhere else, if the fate has written something for them.

We, as an individual, should inspire others and motivate others to think life. Life should be considered like a well defined process, not just adapting based on day to day affairs & trying to solve issues as it comes. We do know that it does not help always to use scientific and mathematical analysis to solve human behaviour issues. But, we do can incur something from that, at least near good result, to help leading our life with security & a smile.

As we are social beings, we can not exist alone with our success. Our friends, neighbours and others do need to have the idea at least to understand what we are actually. The value or the knowledge we have will be ineffective, if they don't understand the lifestyles and personality we have; like as an example, there is little use of presenting a comb to a bald person. The listeners should at least have the knowledge to understand what one is going to share.

As life is to go on till the last breathe, we are earning in some way or the other to lead a simple and happy life. In order to live in a comfortable and secure life, we need to inspire ourselves and help other too to get inspired & motivated. Manipur is really going through a complex change which none is sure of the future outcome.

Issues will be there irrespective of place and conditions. But the responsibility lies on us to how we can take a role in the future. Instead of trying to do something which we know nothing, we better try to do something which is under our scope & skill sets.

In fact, most of us have lost faith on the thinking & capability of current machinery in all the department & institutions in Manipur. They do are trying on what they can. But, issues are so complex that things don't work as what mathematics & theories do explain. So, it is time for the youngsters in the schools & colleges to think what roles they wish to take part in the future of Manipur & themselves.

Personality & ideals do not come up on a single day. It is the knowledge and the happenings that one has come across in the whole life till date; which we call as the personality or the life style of the individual. Things don't happen as it is. We make it happens knowingly or unknowingly. It is the simple principle we all knows.

So dear youngsters, we may be in some conditions or situations in our personal life style or career at present. But, we should look forward to tomorrow and the days ahead. When the mind is set to achieve something in career or life, we have to be patient enough to create a process to get at the ambitions. Nothing is guaranteed nor, any will come forward just to help or give the medal of success free of cost.

The onus lies on each individual to search and make own strategies. Living life based on luck and blessing does make no sense scientifically. Luck is for those people who really work hard with planning to succeed not just in career but personal life. Some people do comment just like that, some people do carry on their work quietly; some do share something to others, etc... None is wrong and nothing is bad. It is just the life style and personality one chooses.

Sometimes, we may get failure in life. Sometimes, we may loose our consciousness on what we are doing. Things do happen unexpectedly, as we fail to see everything in all the angles like God. Things do happen not just because of an individual's action, but also because of the collective impact of the surroundings - living & non-living beings.

So, we, youngsters should start making planning and guides one by one in the chosen life-styles and careers for the future from the day, we get to know these basic concepts. There is always a taste in sharing both the sweet and the sour. We just need to be a good individual in the way we are.

So, it is never late. May be - today is not ours, but it can be possible that tomorrow is ours. It is not the time to be lazy and wait for someone to help. It is time for self to search for everything as we ourselves feel that we are mature enough to decide about life and many things related to life.

As the world is nothing but a stage for us to perform when we are on this earth; the point worth remembering is - which part of acting, one likes to act on this stage of life till the day we live. It is worth reminding too, that the fun & joy we get after achieving success in careers & life out of hard work is wonderful and unimaginable. So, let us start planning and dreaming big dreams. Let us start using the God's precious gift - "Mind" and lead our lives for the best of the mankind.
