Insanity at its worst

Just like Rabindranath Tagore's line in his famous poem "Debotar Gras" ("Chol Toke Diye Asi Sagorer Jole") ; each and every comment, write-up or action must be judged according to the context instead of going through the mere literal meaning.
In that Tagore poem, a young mother was proceeding towards Ganga Sagar with a group of pilgrims by boat. Her little son was scheduled to stay with her aunt.
But the boy was adamant that he would also accompany her. The head of the group softly asked the woman to take her son along with them. The angry mother agreed, but also remarked in exasperation---"I will sacrifice you in the waters of Sagar"!
During their journey over the mighty river, the little boat landed up in a storm. As it seemed that the last hours had come, the head of the group asked the lady to sacrifice her son in the waters as "promised'' by her !
Only the sacrifice of her son in waters will satisfy the Lord and save them from drowning! As rest of the fellow pilgrims insisted on her to do so, the lady cried in anguish "Oh Lord, you have only heard the words emitted from my lip, haven't you felt the real feelings of the mother's heart"!
Similarly the demand for a "Southern Nation" by a stray Congress MP must not be judged only through mere words.
Rather his feelings are required to be evaluated in the context of his grievance against the Interim Budget allocating merely 14% for the whole of South India in contrast to Uttar Pradesh alone getting "rewarded" with 18% of the State-wise allocations of tax revenues.
Still if his comment gets treated as "divisive"; what adjective must be reserved for the unending series of antics such as --- - "Ramzaade - *****zaade", "where the majority is in the minority", "We 5 Our 25", call of identifying criminals through their dress, hurling of obscene expletives towards an MP of BSP right on the floor of Parliament to the muscle-flexing in the name of Ayodhya and Gyanvapi!
What a classic example of pot calling the kettle black!
Last but not the least. After "successful accomplishment" of Ayodhya Project, if renewed demands of Varanasi Mathura are allowed to rear its ugly head ; the least the concerned authorities must do is repeal the the Places of Worship (Special Provision) Act, 1991 (mandating status quo on religious structures as they were on August 15, 1947, except for the Ayodhya site) with immediate effect.
