Reliance Foundation has announced results of the prestigious Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2024-25. In-line with organisation’s commitment to nurturing India’s brightest minds in science and technology, the results are declared on National Science Day.

Reliance Foundation offers postgraduate scholarships to 100 exceptional first-year students in India pursuing select degrees in Engineering, Technology, Energy, and Life Sciences. These scholarships provide financial assistance, mentorship, networking opportunities, and access to research and industry exposure.

Eligible fields include Artificial Intelligence, Computer Sciences, Mathematics and Computing, various Engineering disciplines (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science), Renewable and New Energy, and Life Sciences. The programme aims to nurture future leaders who can contribute to India's growth through a holistic development programme that includes expert interactions, industry exposure, and volunteering opportunities.

A highly competitive selection process has identified an exceptional cohort of scholars from 44 leading institutions across India. These individuals, pursuing advanced studies in eight diverse streams - Computer Science, Art Intelligence, Life Sciences, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable and New Energy, Chemical Engineering and Mathematics & Computing, demonstrated exceptional academic performance, strong leadership qualities, and a clear commitment to advancing India's scientific and technological landscape.

Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships align with the organisation’s broader vision of strengthening India’s education ecosystem by fostering talent and encouraging cutting-edge research. By providing financial and professional support, the scholarship programme strives to create a strong pipeline of future scientists, engineers, and innovators dedicated to national progress.

The application status is categorised as ’Shortlisted’, ‘Waitlisted’ and ‘Not Shortlisted’.

In December 2024, Reliance Foundation selected 5,000 scholars for the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships 2024-25 cohort. Reliance Foundation encourages scholars to develop leadership qualities and contribute to society by participating in social initiatives and volunteer work.
