2025 NAMA Research Grant
The North American Manipur Association (NAMA) is proud to announce the 2025 NAMA Research Grant: a one-time research award designed to support and encourage innovative research and academic excellence among emerging scholars in Manipur.
This grant aims to promote a culture of research within the Manipuri community and empower the next generation of researchers to pursue impactful academic work. We invite qualified applicants to apply and join us in advancing research excellence in and for Manipur.
Grant Details:
Amount: INR 50,000
Eligibility: PhD candidates in any research field at a university within Manipur, with completed coursework and strong research commitment. Prior year awardees are not eligible.
Number of Grants: Two

Application Deadline: October 30, 2025
Winners Announced: December 15, 2025
