Rajiv Gandhi University is organizing a Three-Day Trans- Disciplinary International Conclave on Universal Happiness in Post –Truth Era-Market, Media, Technology, And Global Well-Being: An Educational Perspective for Gen-Next from 27 April - 29 April, 2022.
The conclave is jointly organized by twelve (12) departments including Mass Communication, Social Work, Education, Psychology, Management, Commerce, Sociology, English, Physical Education, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Fine Arts & Music in collaboration with Hills College of Teacher Education, Lekhi, Arunachal Pradesh; Vivekananda Kendra College of Teacher Education, (VKCTE), Nirjuli; Gandhi King Foundation, Hyderabad; Bank of Baroda, RGU Branch; Don Bosco College, Itanagar; East News, North East India and NEEPCO, Doimukh.
The ensuing conclave intends to sensitize the different stakeholders of the society and educational system on happiness and its pursuit in an increasingly complex world.
The conclave will be chaired by Prof. Saket Kushwaha, Vice Chancellor, RGU as chief patron and graced by as many as six other vice chancellors and various other heads of institutions, including varied dignitaries of various Universities. Keynote Speaker Prof. A.K. Sinha, Vice Chancellor, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, Navi Mumbai will share his view on the topic of “Pursuit of Happiness in an Increasingly Complex World” during the inaugural session.

will grace the conclave among others. More than one hundred forty research papers have been received for the conclave.
The intended target audience of conclave includes every person who is directly or indirectly concerned about happiness and global well-being in all sectors of the society in general and educators as well as development practitioners and media professionals in particular. The international conclave aims to benefit students, research scholars, academicians, social scientists, social workers, media policy makers, journalists and other media professionals.
