A Panel Discussion on the Book Modi@20: Dreams Meet Delivery
A Panel Discussion on the Book Modi@20: Dreams Meet Delivery was held on the 19th August 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the Court Hall of the Manipur University.
Dr. R.K. Ranjan Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State Education and External Affairs, Government of India graced the Panel Discussion as Chief Guest and Prof. Ganga Prasad Prasain, Vice-Chancellor, Tripura University as Guest of Honour. Prof. N. Lokendra Singh, Vice Chancellor, Manipur University graced the panel discussion as President.
Eight academic Deans and Dean of Students’ Welfare of Manipur University were the panelists of the panel discussion.

Hon’ble MOS stressed about the dreams of our Prime Minister , Shri Narendra Modi for the nation in different aspects such as Reformation, Transformation and Participatory in nation building. He mentioned about the policy of Prime Minister in governance by emphasizing on maximum governance and minimum government for transformation of the system.
The Minister said that Prime Minister has the idea of cooperative, competitive and federalism. He also highlighted the view of removal of colonial idea from the minds of the Indian youths. He also appealed to the faculty members of the Manipur University to suggest new ideas about the growth and development of the nation. Dr. Ranjan Singh stated that Modi has the idea of whole world as a single family.
Prof. N. Lokendra Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Manipur University stated that Prime Minister is a moderniser but not a westernizer. He is a proponent of introducing new technology. Prime Minister has a wavelength of Indian electoral voters particularly women.
