Imphal, December 05: The unidentified man shot dead by troops of 1 AR at Molvailup on December 3 has the following features.

He was about 5 ft 7 inches in height, thickly built and had fair complexion.

He had elongated face and pointed nose and a mole at the left chin.

He had two tattoos at left chest and left hand.

The deceased appeared to be about 32 years of age and had his pierced.

At the time, he was shot dead, the deceased was wearing a black coloured jacket, a black T shirt, black pants and jungle shoes, informed the Officer-in-Charge of Chassad police station.
