Imphal, September 29: A surrenderee of armed outfit PULF who was shot at by unidentified persons on September 26 morning succumbed to his injuries at Shija Hospital today afternoon.

The PULF surrenderee identified as Md Amu alias Tayab ali (33) was shot at by unidentified gunmen at Keirao Makting Mayai Leikai under Iilbung Police Station of Imphal East district in the morning of September 26 .
