Imphal, May 15 2010: Womenfolk of Ukhrul district continued staging sit-in protest at Ukhrul town hall today also decrying state government stand on Muivah's visit and in support of his visit in his birthplace, Somdal.

They also condemned the violence incident in Mao gate which claim life of two youths and injured to several others.

Around 300 women took part in the protest started from 9 am and went on till 3 pm, a report received here said.
