School and college: Shaping our future

Our schooling starts from home and our parents are the first teachers in our lives. What do you learn from the school? And what do you expect to learn from the school and college? The future prospect of our lives will be mostly depending on the kind of school we attended. High school and college are equally important, but primary schooling is one of the most important stages of schooling in our lives.

All the basic concepts of Science, Mathematics, English etc are also taught during primary schooling. Most of the basic etiquette, manners, discipline etc are also taught in the primary schooling. Scientifically, it is proven that it is easier to learn many things when we are young than when are mature.

Our responsibilities in school and college

Main focus in the school and college should be studying, learning discipline, obedience and sincerity. What we learn today in the school and college are going to mould our future. How many schools and colleges in your home town teach discipline sternly? You are going to become who you are from the learning in the school and college. Our incapability can be compensated with our sincerity and well discipline.

When you are a student in the school or in the college, teachers love you so much when you are well disciplined and sincere. Teachers want to give grace mark [extra mark] for your sincerity and well disciplined in the class and outside the class. Everybody likes sincere and well disciplined people. And how many of you want to be liked (appreciated) by other people.

Sincerity is no just doing only what you want to do. Sincerity is doing something what you are supposed to do whether you like it or not. Whether you like it or not, do it what you are supposed to do – whether it is class work, home work or a team work with your friends in the school or college.

Learning to listen and obedient to your seniors, teachers and parents will help you to adapt the environment or world that you are going to live after the college or university.

Our responsibilities after schooling or college

What is your main purpose of studying in school or college? Ultimately, someday you may want to become an officer, entrepreneur or run your own business. You like an officer and you are inspired by the life of an officer or a successful independent entrepreneur, but you cannot become an officer or entrepreneur unless you are well disciplined and sincere.

College life is the time preparing or learning how to fly or run like a chick [small chicken or bird]. You know the mother of the chicken leave her chicks once they are able to run and find food for themselves.

You are like in a honey moon period when you are in the school or college. But the responsibilities increase as you grow older, and the real challenging world comes only after your college or university – when you finished your formal studies. Once you have finished your school or college, you have to find a job to survive for yourself as you cannot be a parasite depending on your parents till your last breathe.

However, if you are not well disciplined and sincere enough during your schooling and in the college, you won’t be able to survive in this competitive world today.

Our responsibilities as officer or entrepreneur

Our responsibilities, sincerity, discipline and obedience start from the school and college. Some people may want to work in an office or become an officer, but you have lots of responsibilities to become an officer and even to work in a small company or to do a small job under somebody.

When you are irresponsible, insincere and not well disciplined in the school or college, you will surely have some problem to work in any company under someone or even finding difficult to run your own business. Insincere and undisciplined people cannot work in any company or office under the supervision of other people and they will surely have problem to run their own business too.

Some people cannot work or do not want to work under other supervision – they want to work independently by establishing their own shop, farm, wholesales or become an entrepreneur etc.

But they do not know that having their own shop or becoming an entrepreneur need much more responsibilities, self-discipline and sincerity than working under other people or in a company or organization. Working under other supervision has fewer responsibilities than working independently as an entrepreneur.

A less responsible person may be able to work under someone’s supervision. But a less responsible and undisciplined people cannot run their own business or company. Today, many companies or organizations want to employ only those people are well disciplined and sincere with their works.

When you are in school and college, you are preparing your future life. The more you learn in the school and college, the better your life would be in the future.
