In the final match Manipur host team beat Orissa by 1-0 goal. The lone goal was scored by Indian main striker Th. Tababi Devi on 25th March 2010 held at Khuman Lampak Main stadium. The Final match conducted officials are: Marm Rebello of GOA, Asstt Referee 1 Sanjaykumar Singh of Bihar, Asstt referee 2 Raju Borah of Assam, Fourth official Gautam Chakraborty of IFA, Match Commissioner Tapan Chandra Hazarika of Assam and Referee Instructor Anjan Kumar Banik of Tripura.
