Senapati erupts in flames after some IRB men shot a civilian and severely assaulted another man at Senapati district headquarters on July 09 2005.
To protest the incident, a number of Government offices were burnt at four hill districts, while ANSAM has imposed a 48 hour bandh from July 09 (Saturday) to give a new twist to the already enforced economic blockade on NH-39 and NH-53.
