Students of IGNTU-RCM ( Indira Gandhi National Tribal University-Regional Campus Manipur) , Chingmeirong, Imphal West, vandalised the office and burnt the effigies of Dean and VC in protest against non-compliance to the demand for issuing certificates and documents to passed out students on 21st June 2014.
