"Tharoi Yonbigi Macha" a play presented by Samadon Artist Association at 52nd All Manipur Shumang Leela Festival on 9th May 2026 at Iboyaima Shumang Leela Shanglen , organized by Manipur State Kala Akademi Imphal.
Synopsis:
Ketuki became a widow at a young age and raised her son and daughter with great sacrifice and determination. She worked hard to fulfill her late husband's dream of seeing their son, Taibanganba, join the Indian Civil Services. After being Diagnosed with lung cancer, Taibanganba came to Imphal for work, where he met Liklai, who supported him and his family. With his mother's sacrifice and Liklai's encouragement, Taibanganba cleared UPSC examination and joined Indian Union Services. Later, he and Liklai got married and started their life together.
