Mongyamba Leishangthem from Hindu College, Delhi was declared winner in the boys' category of The Second Annual Chess Tournament. He is a person with vision impairment. The tournament was organised by the Equal Opportunity Cell, University of Delhi on 29-30 January, 2011 at Arts Faculty, North Campus.
