101st birth anniversary of prominent political activist, journalist, and teacher RK Maipaksana observed at the auditorium of the Directorate of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) in Nityaipat Chuthek, Imphal by RK Maipaksana Memorial Trust on 11th October 2025
