Governor of Manipur Shri Ved Marwah as the chief guest and the Maharaja of Manipur, Shri Sanajaoba Leisemba inaugurated a Three-day seminar exhibition on the PAPHALS of Manipur at Sana Konung, the royal palace of Manipur.
Paphal is the symbolic representation of Lord Pakhangba the serpent deity of Manipur.
