Chongtham Vikram, a respected musician and music teacher from Manipur, who died following a brutal assault at his residence in Kilokri, New Delhi on September 07 2026.
Chongtham Vikram was a pioneering figure in Manipur's Western music scene and had played guitar with bands including Ultra Vires, Phoenix, Eastern Dark and Fubar Ghetto . He was the eldest son of renowned Manipuri singer Chongtham Kamala.
