Normal Life in Manipur was paralysed due to a 12 hour General Strike imposed by Maoist Communist Party from 5 am till 5 pm on September 21 2011 , as a mark of protest against the traceless assistant publicity officer of PLA, GM Changjou, who was reportedly arrested by security forces from Dimapur recently.
