Speaking at the occasion, Tourism Minister Govindas Konthoujam disclosed that the Centre would be sanctioning Rs 5 lakh each for Kut, LuiNgaiNi and Winter Tourism Festival.
The biggest post-harvest festival of Kuki-Chin-Mizo group of people, Kut was celebrated on 1st November, 2005 at the Ist Manipur Rifles Parade group with traditional fervour and gaiety.
