The state Home Department government of Manipur observed at Nupi Lan complex. In the observation function, Chief Minister Okram Ibobi as chief guest and L Jayentakumar education minister as president of the function. Nupilal Dramatic Union performed Nupilal Dharma for one hour. A number of NGO's, local clubs and local womenfolk groups also observed the Nupi lan Day in every part of the state and outside state too.
