Mass silent rally was taken out at Chandel district headquarters on August 19 2013 in protest against setting ablaze the administrative block of Maha Union Government Higher Secondary School on August 15 2013
The rally was participated by around 1000 people including students of different schools, was taken out upto DC office complex via Japhou Bazar in Chandel
