Supreme Court Judge Justice TS Thakur inaugurated a two-day Eastern Zone Judicial Officers' conference on October 19 2014 under the theme, 'Justice Delivery Mechanism - Role of Judges' at the conference hall of Manipur High Court.
The conference is jointly hosted by High Court of Manipur and Manipur Judiciary Academy.
