The Lions Club of Imphal Greater, Lions International, District 322D organized the Lions Peace Poster Contest 2025 under the Theme: TOGETHER AS ONE on 05 October 2025.
Altogether 25 students from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Lamphel & Akampat, Pitambara English School, JJ Montessori, Alpha BCI, Little Flower School participated the Contest.
The Contest was held at Lainingthou Eeshng Chaiba Shanglen, Nagamapal Paonam Leikai
Lion Moirangthem Shyambabu Singh, Project Coordinator- Peace Poster Contest along with the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of Lainingthou Eeshing Chaiba Haraoba Semgat Sagatpa Thougal Committee were invited on the dais and felicitated with a lengyan.
Lion Moirangthem Shyambabu Singh spoke at length the importance of the Peace Poster contest and its values that will instilled in the minds of the young artist for the years to come.
Miss Nameirakpam Chingkheileima(Class VI), Rajkumar Chenglei (ClassVII) and Laishram Malemnganbi (Class VI) all from JJ Montessori, Ghari were adjudged the Winners, 1st Runners-up and 2nd Runners-up of the Competition respectively.
