Second Enviro Youth Summit of Manipur was held on May 5-6, 2013 at Lamyanba Sanglen, Palace Compound, Imphal which includes painting competition, 'Nature walk at the Kangla Fort' , etc. The summit is organised by the North East Centre for Environmental Education and Research (NECEER).
