Empty streets, locked shops, marked the day in Manipur as the North East bandh called by North East Student Organisation disrupts normal life on 6th September 2012.
The bandh was called in connection to the communal tension in Assam and the aftermath of it in the Southern States of India resulting into exodus of North East people.
