Protest rally against the Phaknung (Imphal East) gang rape of two minor girls by 7 persons ; The rally was taken on 27th April 2017 took off from Thangmeiband Khunthokhanbi and passed through Khoyathong, North AOC, Khongnang Anikarak, Dingku Road, Khuman Lampak, Lamlong bridge, Khurai Telipati, Minuthong, PTCC DM College before culminating at Khunthokhanbi Shanglen where a public meeting was held
The rally and the public meeting was organised by Core Committee Against the PhakNung Gang Rape of the two Minor Girls
