ILP : JCILPS conducted a poster campaign from Keishampat, street corner meetings and non-cooperation to non-local people on February 17 2016 .
The campaign was then carried out at Moirangkhom, Singjamei, Kongba, Konung Mamang, Lamlong, Chingmeirong, Tera and Kwakeithel
