Sh Promshing appointed sub-junior team head coach

Imphal, July 15 2024: All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) has appointed Sh Promshing Monsang (AFC C licence holder) as head coach of the Manipur sub-junior boys' team, which will participate in the Sub-Junior Boys' National Football Championship, 2024-25.In a release, District Sports Association (DSA), Chandel commended Sh Promshing Monsang who hails from Chandel on the said appointment.

On the other hand, Good-phangam Wanglar has been included in the Manipur junior boys' team which will compete in the National Junior Boys' Football Championship, 2024 to be held in Naogaon, Assam from July 28, the release said.

"We are further happy and thankful for the selection of Goodphangam Wanglar to represent the state.

We would like to congratulate both the selected coach and player and also would like to wish them best of luck".

"We further would like to say thank you so much to AMFA for appointing and selecting the said two individuals from Chandel," the DSA said.
