2nd KASA KOSO Football Tournament begins

Imphal, December 13 2019: The 2nd edition of KASA KOSO Football tournament organised by 109 Bn CRPF under the aegis of IGP Manipur and Nagaland Sector under Civic Action Programme, kicked off today at Mao with 8 teams from Mao and Senapati taking part in it.

The opening ceremony of the three day tournament was attended by Thisho Kriina (Deputy Chairman Medical Science and Technology, Senapati); Vinod Kumar, Comdt 109 Bn; KK Pau, AC-109 Bn among others as dignitaries.

The opening match of the tournament was played between Rabunamei and Song Song teams.

The tournament is being organised with an aim of developing a close friendship and sportsmanship spirit among youths of different villages said a press release issued by PRO of 109 Bn CRPF.
