Thoubal 1st Div League: KFC romp as SOCDEC, DLC split points

Imphal, June 11 2024: KFC romped past UMFC 4-0 while SOCDEC and DLC shared the spoils in the Thoubal 1st Division Football League at Kodompokpi Sports Complex, Wangjing.

Krishnananda scored a hat-trick in KFC's 4-0 drubbing of UMFA.

Netrajit opened the scoring in the 7th minute before Krishnananda ran riot, pumping three goals in succession (36, 51,61) for their easy win.

The day's other match saw SOCDEC and DLC play out a 1-1 draw.

N Atomba gave DLC the upper hand early when he was on target seven minutes into the game.

However, L Bikramjit scored in the 67th minute to put SOCDEC on level terms for the 1-1 result.
