61st Junior Boys & Girls Ball Badminton Championship

Imphal, August 31 2015: As per the recommendation of the selection committee of Ball Badminton Association Manipur (BBAM), boys and girls Ball Badminton team have been finally selected for participating in the 61st Junior Boys & Girls Ball Badminton Championship to be held in Bhilai, Durg, Chhattisgarh from September 24 to 28 .

In a press note, BBAM General Secretary Th Tomba Singh said the selected players should report daily at 6:30 am and 3:00 pm with effect from September 1 for training and coaching at the premises of Ekhoigee Club (EC), Singjamei Oinam Thingel, Imphal.

The irregular players during the coaching programme will be dropped from the state team.

The team will leave Imphal on September 20 for Bhilai, Durg, Chhattisgarh.

Those selected for boys and girls team members include Sanajaoba Pangamba (TTUS); Archita Nongthombam (MMS); Naorem Robertson (USAC); Pangambam Sweety (TTUS); Waikhom Arunkumar (WAC); Gaitree Thoudam (MEA); Irom Gyanprakash (MC); Akoijam Priyanka Devi (MIS); Michael Ningthoujam (USAC); Leena Potsangbam (LM); Rohitraj Irungbam (ST.

JHS); Tasreen Laishram (LFS); Laishram Chinglemba Singh (SNN); Irom Dhanalakshmi ( MC); Laishram Binkoo Singh (TQES); Rajluxmi Thokchom (LFS); Oinam Sanamatum (EC); Pukhrambam Changkhonbi (GPWC); Chirom David Singh (EC) and Nameirakpam Minarva Devi (YDVO) .

The selected officials include P Nabachandra singh (Manager); P (0) Memtombi Devi (Manager); L Alex (Coach) and H London Sharma (Coach) .
