YDC Trophy Ajangpu scores 5 to help TOP FC thrash SUBHASH FC 8-3

Imphal, March 24 2018: TOP FC showed their class in the ongoing 2nd State level YDC trophy thrashing SUBHASH FC 8-3 in a Group A league match at Youth Development Committee, Khoirom ground.

Ajangpu of TOP FC scored 5 goals in this very one sided match.

Ajangpu netted the opener in the 15th minute and add another goal in the 29th minute to make 2-0.Tomba too joined the party by putting the thirdgoal immediately within the same minute and extended the lead to 3-0.However, Joykishan of SUBHASH FC replied back with a goal the next minute to make it 1-3 at the end of the first half.

TOP FC kept pushing forward and extended the scoreline with another two goals, one each from Sabir Ali (42') and Ajangpu (45') .

In the meantime, Johnson fought back and score the second goal for SUBHASH FC in the 46th minute but the scoring spree did not end for TOP FC as Ajangpu and Tomba netted one goal each.

Joykishan tried to reduce the gap when he struck the third goal for SUBHASH FC in the 53th minute.

TOP FC virtually finished off the game in the 59th minute when Ajangpu scored his fifth goal and gave TOP FC a comfortable win 8-3 over SUBHASH FC.

Tomorrow, YANGOI FC will meet MANGAL FC (Chandrakhong) in the Group B league match at 1.30 pm while SSFC will clash with WYC in the Group C league match at 2.30 pm in the same ground.
