YUC win three in three in IW 2nd Divn League

Imphal, October 22 2019: YUC, Meijrao earned their third win today at YWC-Malom ground in the 9th K Karnajit Memorial Second Division Football League Tournament by beating YWC-Malom 1-0 .

YUC opened up their campaign with a slender 1-0 victory over SYPA, Sekmai before thrashing SDC, Samurou 4-0 in their second outing.

The lone goal that handed YUC the third win at the tournament was scored by Stelin in the 39th minute of the match.

The second half of the game took an aggressive turn on both ends and to control the game the referee had to book 7 players across the two teams.

Even, YUC manager was also asked to move from technical area in a bid to bring the game in order.

IFC will meet SYPA in the next match tomorrow.
