Indian team with Lily Chanu undergoes hard training for Junior Asia Cup

Imphal, August 19 2015:
Lily Chanu Mayengbam of Manipur is part of the Indian team which has been undergoing hard training in New Delhi for the 7th Women Junior Asia Cup 2015 which will be held from September 5-13 in Changzhou, China.
Lily Chanu is the lone Manipuri hockey player in the Indian team for the Junior Asia Cup where nine different countries from Asia will be competing for the Cup.
One of the fine players in the India team, Lily Chanu had started playing at the Posterior Hockey Academy Manipur (PHAM).
Being an experienced international player, Lily Chanu had burdened and contributed her own role in the Indian team at many major international tournaments.
In Pool A of the Junior Asia Cup, Indian team has been sided with China, Malaysia, Singapore and DPR Korea while Korea Republic, Japan, Thailand and Chinese Taipei will be sided in the Pool B.India's first match will be against DPR Korea on September 5 at 1 pm.
Meanwhile, PHAM has praised Lily Chanu of Singjamei Wangma Kshetri Leikai, for being in the Indian team and prayed to give her best performance in the Junior Asia Cup.
