1st DSA Youth League KMSWC, YDO register emphatic wins

Imphal, April 15 2018: KMSWC, Keirak and YDO, Sora secured huge wins against their rivals in the ongoing 1st Youth League 2018 being organised by District Sport Association, Kakching under the aegis of All Manipur Football Association at YDO Ground, SORA today.

The third match of the day also witnessed KPSC thump KYWAC, Wabagai 2-0 .

The first match of the day saw SWC, Keirak played out a goalless draw with DYA, Elangkhangpokpi.

In the second match, KMSWC decimated JA 9-0 through five goals scored by Md Anis and two goals from Md Samir.

Md Kalam gave the early lead for KMSWC in the 4th minute while Md Rajkhan pumped in the second goal in the 9th minute.

Md Anis displayed some sensational footballing skill and added three goals back to back (15', 16', 21') to make it 5-0 at the end of the first half.

Md Anis and Md Samir then took their turns to fetch two goals each in the second half.

Samir opened his account in the 25th minute before he netted his second in the 34th minute.

Md Anis on the other hand struck his first goal of the second half in the 32nd minute and wrapped up the game 9-0 with another goal during the additional time.

KPSC who are yet to be beaten in this league tournament, secured another win to stretch their lead in the tally.

S Justin scored two goals, one goal each half (14', 27') to give his team a 2-0 victory against KYWAC, Wabagai.

Continuing its winnings ways, YDO, Sora overwhelmed SESU, Kakching in the last match of the day.

YDO dominated the game from the beginning and led the first half with a 2-0 lead through goals scored by Mislaouddin (6') and Riyas Khan (20') .

After the breather it were Tarik (26') and Anjer (29') who took the honours to score one goal each and sealed off the game 4-0 .
