YWC beat KRUPSHA to go top in Senior Women's League

YWC outplayed KRYPHSA 3-1 to race to the top of the standings in the 12 Senior Women's Football League.
ESU and MPSC were the other winners on Monday.
YWC started off with an early 9th-minute opener from Hoineihat before KRYPHSA drew level in the 35th minute through Th Babysana.
YWC, however, got their momentum back with S Rinaroy on target in the 37th minute before they wrapped up the victory in style with their third goal courtesy of M Nandeshwori in the stoppage time.
The win lifted YWC atop the point table with 22 points from 9 matches.
KRYPHSA sit just one point behind the table leaders.
ESU sealed a convincing 2-0 triumph over ICSA.
Y Kiranbala opened the scoring after 3 minutes and K Anju Chanu doubled the advantage in the 29th minute as ESU never relinquished their 2-0 lead to run out dominant winners.
With the result, the Wangkhei side moved up to third place in the standings with 17 points from 9 games.
MPSC too prevailed in similar fashion (2 0) against WFA.
Ksh Naocha scored at both ends to propel the police squad to a comfortable win.
Naocha netted her first goal in the 7th minute and collected her second goal in the 55th minute.
MPSC are now in fourth place with 14 points, following their Monday's victory.
