5 teams win in Jr boys volleyball tournament

Imphal, July 23 2024: BBC, KACO, NYVA, KYLSC and WYSC emerged the victors in Tuesday's fixtures of the 1st State Level Junior Boys Volleyball Tournament 2024.BBC started the day with a comfortable 3-0 victory over KYLSC at Wangjing Khunou.

The winning side took the first set 25-21 and they were even better in the next two sets by dishing out 25-17 and 25-13 results against their opponents.

KACO handed out a 25-17 25-16 25-14 thrashing to VLU, who suffered two crushing defeats in the day's competition after NYVA routed them (VLU) 25-14 25-17 25-12 in their second match.

KYLSC, who lost to BBC in the day's first match, bounced back with a 25-14 25-17 24-25 25-19 win over NYDA.

WYSC, meanwhile, overcame PYC 25-19 14-25 16-25 25-18 15-13 in a keenly contested game.
