Hnahringkhu YC off to winning start in Chandel Super Div League

Imphal, July 20 2022: Hnahringkhu YC defeated Kapaam YC 2 1 in the opening match of the Chandel Super Division Football League which got underway at Liwa Sarei G round on Wednesday.

After gruelling minutes of a see-saw battle.

Hnahringkhu gained the upper in the 34th minute with RD Kolni on target but Kapaam were on level terms in matter of nine minutes when Lian struck buried the ball in the back of the net in the 43rd minute.After the break, Hnahringkhu showed their intent with a flurry of attacks and their efforts yielded good result as JS Alower regained their lead in the 54th minute.

An intense battle ensued but Hnahringkhu held on to start their campaign on a winning note.
