Endeavor boys clinch BK 5-a-side football title

Imphal, July 17 2022: Chetan starred as Endeavor fought back from two goals down to beat YOSC 3-2 in the final of the 1st Tiasanta Kumar Memorial 5-a-side Football Tournament 2022 played at Football Turf, Chingarel; Tezpur, on Sunday.

Punshiba put YOSC 2-0 up when he opened the scoring in the llth minute and he netted his second goal in the 15th minute.

Chetan set the tone for Endeavor's turnaround after he reduced the deficit in the 22nd minute before teammate Wanglen put them on level terms when he converted in the 24 th minute.

Then it was all up to Chetan who slotted home his second goal in the 29th minute and that eventually proved to be the title decider.
