Imphal, December 09 2024: In league matches of the 9th MNCA Plate Tournament 2024-25 held on Monday, SHADOW, Thangmeiband and SDC, Laipham Khunou registered easy victories against their respective opponents.

Md Aziz Khan's 71 runs proved decisive in SHADOW trouncing SU, Sagolband by 117 runs at Public Ground, Khangabok Part-Ill Cherapur.

SHADOW scored 181/7 in 28 overs riding on Md Aziz's brisk 37-ball 50, as Alen Angom (two) was the top bowler for SU.

Chasing the target, SU batters were bundled out for mere 64 runs in 19.1 overs with Sagatpam Telheiba and Naocha picking up three wickets each.

Meanwhile, Kaleb Singh Kh (41 runs) helped SDC drub YPHUC, Lalambung Makhong by 7 wickets at Lairenjam Public Ground.

SDC bowlers led by Krishnakanta Ngangkham (three wickets) and two wickets apiece by Donny and Vinodkumar Singh restricted YPHUC to 105 all out in 32.2 overs.

SDC batters then completed the run chase in 21.1 overs losing three wickets.
