School Sports Meet: Stage set for boys and girls' volleyball finals

Imphal, January 04 2025: The final line up for both the girls and boys' volleyball competitions of the ongoing State Level School Sports Meet 2024-25 were completed today.

In the boys' competition semi-final matches, Thoubal beat Chandel in straight sets (25-12, 25-10, 25-13) and Imphal East outclassed Wangoi (Imphal West-II) 25-6, 25-6, 25-3 to complete the final line up.

Meanwhile in the girls competition, Chandel and Imphal East made it to the final.

In the league matches staged today.

Imphal East beat Kakching by 3-1 sets (25-27, 25-15, 25-12, 25-20), Chandel beat Imphal West in straight sets (25-16, 25-16, 25-15) and Imphal East beat Wangoi in straight sets (25-19, 25-18, 25-11) .

The final matches will be held tomorrow.
