Brother FC edge NFC in TKWA Trophy

Imphal, April 30 2022: Brother FC edged past NFC by 2-1 goals in a Group H league match of the ongoing TKWA Trophy 2021-22 thanks to Akon brace.

Akon scored the opener in the 3rd minute before completing his double in the 14th minute of the match.

NFC pulled back a goal via Kh Sanamacha in the 25th minute of the match but failed to mount a comeback and eventually Brother FC closed out the game 2-1 .

In another Group H league match, 13 Stars YDA played out a goalless draw with YPFC.
