State team leaves for Basketball nationals

Imphal, November 28 2024: The state basketball team, along with three officials, left Imphal on Thursday for the 39th National Youth Basketball Champion ship 2024, which will be held in Kolkata, West Bengal from November 29 to December 5 .

The state squad is made up of Chingkheinganba Maibam, Owen Mutum, Taibangnganba Yurem bam, Wilson Yurembam, Samson Athokpam, Salam Leingakpa Singh, Leishemba Leishangthem, Laitonjam Telheiba, Salam Darwin Singh, Thongam Thoungamba, Mutum Kelvin Singh and Daniel Dandham.

The team is led by coach Hawaibam Dinesh Singh, assistant coach Gyanaranjan Koijam and manager Salam Akee Singh.
