MCA T20 cricket UCC, RRCC share spoils as Model Club win

Imphal, March 24 2017: UCC, Uripok and RRCC, Churachandpur were tied today in the ongoing 1st MCA Luwangpokpa T20 Trophy 2017 at Luwangpokpa cricket stadium, Luwangshangbam.

In the second match, Model Club, Singjamei beat YWC, Langthabal by 16 runs.

In the first match, UCC won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 96 for 10 wickets in 20 overs.

In reply, RRCC scored 96 for 10 wickets in 17.2 overs.

Haojalen of RRCC was declared the man of the match.

In the second match of the day, Model Club won the toss and elected to bat first.

They scored 114 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs.

In reply, YWC scored 98 all out in 20 overs.

Biswajit of Model Club was declared the man of the match.

Kishan, Biswas, Priyokumar, Prakash Mani, Bingson of YWC took a wicket each for YWC while Bishorjit took five wickets, Iboyaima took two wickets each for Model Club.

Tejkumar and Amendra also took a wicket each for Model Club.
