Imphal, January 17 2014 : Inter village volleyball meet
The 1st Open Inter Village volleyball tournament organised by Leimapokpam Lamjing Meira Club (LLMC) would be held from Febuary 2 to 16 at LLMC volleyball ground.

Intending clubs/associations are informed to submit entries along within Febuary 6 .

State in School Games semis
Manipur overcame Arunachal Pradesh 3-1 in a quater final Group IV match of the under-17 boys football competition in the 59th National School Games at Agartala, today.

Premkanta (29th), Rongui (34th) and Shitlore (38th) were the goal scorers.

With today's victory Manipur set up semi final match against Punjab tomorrow.

Veteran cricket
Champ defeated Model by five wickets in today's match of the 11th Manipur Veteran Cricket Championship at Langthabal Cricket Ground.
