KLYGC, MPSC victorious in 1st KYUC Volleyball

Imphal, April 28 2018: KLYGC, Kamong edged past UYA, Waheng Khuman by 3-2 sets while MPSC outlasted NYDC, Khaidem 3-0 in today's group stage matches of 1 st State Level Men Open Volleyball Tournament 2018 being organised by Konthoujam Youth Union Club under the aegis of All Manipur Volleyball Association at Konthoujam Kangjeibung.

A total of 8 teams clubbed into two groups are vying for top honours in this tournament.

In the first match of the day, KLYGC had to go through a stiff competition from UYA before registering a 22-25, 25-22, 30-28, 17-25, 15-12 win and earned full points.

MPSC who edged past YMDO, Heirangoithong in the opening match grew even more stronger today and punished NYDC with an imposing 25-19, 25-19, 25-15 victory.
