MUSC announces selection of MU sepak takraw teams

Imphal, October 26 2019: Manipur University Sports Committee has announced MU sepak takraw (men & women) teams for participation in the All India Inter University Sepak Takraw (M&W) Tournament 2019 from January 16 to 20, 2020 for women and February 17 to 19, 2020 for men respectively.

Men's team as per a statement of MUSC comprise of E Bikash Singh (BMC); Medar Maring (DMC Sc); Th Robert (KKC); Happyson T (Liberal College); Deepak (Kumbi College); M Rishikanta (Mangolnganbi College); Javed Puyam (Manipur College); P Rankishor (DMC-A) and Th Ishworchandra (MU, reserved) while the women's team consist of Shilpa Elangbam (KKC); E Sanatombi (PSC); M Shandyarani (KKC) and H Diana (BMC) .

A press release issued by MUSC said that reserved players may be selected in case of any absentee or withdrawal from the selected list.

It also informed all the players to report in the office of MUSC on November 2 at 11 am .
