Poireikhongjin H/S crushes Victory H/S to lift final trophy

Imphal, July 24 2014: Poireikhongjin High School, which is representing Imphal East district lifted the trophy of the U-17 Girls State Level Subroto Mukherjee Football Tournament 2014, after defeating the Victory High School of Thoubal by 1-0 goal in the final match of the tournament organized by YAS at Artificial Turf Ground, Khuman Lampak here today. The glorious Poireikhongjin High School would now participate in the upcoming 55th National Subroto Cup 2014, due to be held from 25th September to 10th October, 2014 at Dr.Ambedkar Stadium, New Delhi.

Joint Director of Youth Affairs and Sports, Pramoda handed over the trophy of the tournament to the triumphant team.
