City FC beat SYC 3-1 in DFA Moirang Super Divn League

Imphal, September 20 2022: City FC-Moirang sealed a 3-1 win over SYC, Sagang in the third match of the 3rd Keisham Babu Singh Memorial Super Division Football League 2021-22 being organised by DFA Moirang at Kwakta Public Ground.

City FC completely controlled the earlier proceedings today and got ahead in the 6th minute with O Bungothoi opening the account before Changthoiba further extended the lead three minutes later.

After leading the first half 2-0, City FC managed to add up another goal via Sh Apik in the 47th minute.

SYC, who were reeling under huge pressure, got a sigh of relief with Songkhupreng scoring a goal in the 49th minute, however, their efforts to reduce the gap further met with a stiff resistance as City FC defenders produced a resolute defending performance.

AKSA will play FC Kumbi in the next match on September 22.Match starts at 2.30 pm .
